SHIPPING - Some large, heavy, or fragile decorative items can only be delivered within the city of Madrid.
RETURNS - You can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- We will send for pick up of the package if you need it.
- We refund the purchase amount by the same method used to pay within 2-3 business days.
- We only charge the shipping cost, specified in the tables in the "Shipping" section for orders under €60/€300 (regardless of the amount of the order being returned). We will deduct this cost from your refund.
- You can also send the package yourself or drop it off at one of our stores , and you won't be charged anything.
